How VSET teaches JEE Advanced

JEE Advanced is the second-stage national entrance examination used for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology, taken by candidates who qualify through JEE Main. VSET admission does not use JEE Advanced; it runs on JEE Main Paper-1 and GGSIPU counselling. At VSET this maps to elective-level coverage inside B.Tech CSE.

• All seven VSET B.Tech programmes admit through JEE Main Paper-1 followed by GGSIPU counselling.

Labs and infrastructure

• Students who enrol at VSET have access to the AICTE IDEA Lab and Quantum Research Lab regardless of their entrance route.

• Capstone projects and Smart India Hackathon participation are open to all enrolled students.
• What a student builds during the degree matters more to employers than the entrance exam they cleared.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
