How VSET teaches AI in Manufacturing

AI in manufacturing covers predictive maintenance, visual defect inspection, process optimisation and production forecasting on the factory floor. The defining constraint is that the data comes from machines and sensors in real time, which makes it an industrial IoT problem first. At VSET this maps to elective-level coverage inside B.Tech Industrial Internet of Things.

Private affiliates vs university-run institutes

GGSIPU has two categories of institutions: university-run constituents (USICT Dwarka, USAR East Delhi Campus) and private affiliated colleges. USICT carries the strongest overall GGSIPU brand, but it is a different category with different fee structures and admission dynamics. Comparing private affiliates against each other is the like-for-like comparison for most applicants.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
