How VSET teaches Group Discussion and HR Rounds

Group discussion and HR rounds assess communication, reasoning under discussion and fit, usually after technical screening. They are recruiter-run stages, and preparation at VSET happens alongside the placement process supported by the VIPS-TC placement cell. At VSET this maps to elective-level coverage inside B.Tech CSE.

Private affiliates vs university-run institutes

GGSIPU has two categories of institutions: university-run constituents (USICT Dwarka, USAR East Delhi Campus) and private affiliated colleges. USICT carries the strongest overall GGSIPU brand, but it is a different category with different fee structures and admission dynamics. Comparing private affiliates against each other is the like-for-like comparison for most applicants.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
