Publishing as an undergraduate means taking a piece of original project or research work through peer review at a conference or journal. It is faculty-guided work that grows out of capstone or lab projects rather than a separate curriculum requirement. At VSET this maps to elective-level coverage inside B.Tech CSE.

• The mathematics and algorithms foundation in the CSE core is what makes a rigorous write-up possible.

Private affiliates vs university-run institutes

GGSIPU has two categories of institutions: university-run constituents (USICT Dwarka, USAR East Delhi Campus) and private affiliated colleges. USICT carries the strongest overall GGSIPU brand, but it is a different category with different fee structures and admission dynamics. Comparing private affiliates against each other is the like-for-like comparison for most applicants.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
