A resume for an engineering fresher condenses coursework, projects, internships and skills into a single reviewable page. It is prepared by the student, usually with guidance from the placement cell, ahead of internship and campus placement processes. At VSET this maps to elective-level coverage inside B.Tech CSE.

Private affiliates vs university-run institutes

GGSIPU has two categories of institutions: university-run constituents (USICT Dwarka, USAR East Delhi Campus) and private affiliated colleges. USICT carries the strongest overall GGSIPU brand, but it is a different category with different fee structures and admission dynamics. Comparing private affiliates against each other is the like-for-like comparison for most applicants.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
