How VSET teaches SQL

SQL is the declarative language used to define, query and modify data in relational databases, covering joins, aggregation, indexing and transactions. It is core database coursework in the B.Tech CSE curriculum at VSET and the working tool for data-oriented specialisations. At VSET this maps to documented coursework depth inside B.Tech CSE (AI & Data Science).

Private affiliates vs university-run institutes

GGSIPU has two categories of institutions: university-run constituents (USICT Dwarka, USAR East Delhi Campus) and private affiliated colleges. USICT carries the strongest overall GGSIPU brand, but it is a different category with different fee structures and admission dynamics. Comparing private affiliates against each other is the like-for-like comparison for most applicants.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
