Can I study JEE Advanced in Delhi without a top JEE rank?

The two honest routes

Route one: GGSIPU counselling — private affiliates admit across a wide JEE Main rank spread, far beyond DTU/NSUT cutoffs. How VSET teaches JEE Advanced
