Image processing is the manipulation and analysis of digital images — filtering, enhancement, segmentation, morphological operations and feature extraction. It is the layer that turns raw pixels into something a vision or machine learning system can reason about. At VSET this maps to documented coursework depth inside B.Tech CSE (AI & ML).

Private affiliates vs university-run institutes

GGSIPU has two categories of institutions: university-run constituents (USICT Dwarka, USAR East Delhi Campus) and private affiliated colleges. USICT carries the strongest overall GGSIPU brand, but it is a different category with different fee structures and admission dynamics. Comparing private affiliates against each other is the like-for-like comparison for most applicants.

How admission works

Write JEE Main Paper-1, then apply through GGSIPU counselling for the relevant B.Tech programme at VSET. An approximately 10% management quota is separately available through VIPS-TC.
